In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 14 days of your delivery date.
You can request a return by reaching out to us directly using our contact form. Please include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Items you would like returned
- Address that the shipment will be returned from (if different than the original shipping address)
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Please ensure that all tags are still attached to garment.
We will only provide return labels for returns that are made on the basis that the items were faulty when shipped. For any other reasons, paying the return postage fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
